General Benet, spiritual leader of the Salvation Army had made a special trip to French Equatorial Africa, especially in French Congo, to officiate the ceremony of water baptism of the young Emile and his colleagues. The spiritual leader of the Salvation Army, General Bénet was very emotional to the point where certain if he knew whom he had baptized in Africa, he would have hesitated to make this trip, He would not have felt up to baptizing the young African negro. Moreover, the image of John the Baptist before Jesus Christ on the day of his baptism.

The preaching made by General Benet on this occasion was taken from the book of Isaiah in chapter 11 from verse 1 to verse 5. It says:

"A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots, a Branch will bear fruit. The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him—the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord—and he will delight in the fear of the Lord. He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears with his ears; but with righteousness, he will judge the needy, with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips, he will slay the wicked. Righteousness will be his belt, and faithfulness the sash around his waist."

Guy Emile Loufoua Cetikouabo is the Grand Master of OPH, the Grand Master of the masters for whites and blacks. A master is a being established to guide. It is a spiritual guide. But there is a Master and master, that is to say: 

 

• Some become by inheriting religious powers in succession and assume that as best they could.

John the Baptist who had been called Baptist and whose name meant "gift or favor of God ", had as mission to prepare the way of the Lord, as it was written (Matthew 3:1-3) "In those days John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judea, and saying: Repent, for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand!" For this is he who was spoken of by the prophet Isaiah, saying: "The Voice of one crying in the wilderness: Prepare the way of the LORD; make His paths straight." 

 

These two examples show us that with each of his envoys God entrusts a perfectly distinct mission. Thus, during the time of his ministry, John the Baptist announced the coming of Jesus as it is written in Matthew 3:11 " I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but he who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire."

 

Even though his coming (Jesus) was announced on earth, few people believed in him as it is said in John 1:11 "He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him".

The name of Jesus means "savior", Christ is "Christos" in Greek, anointed in French "Emmanuel" meaning God is with us (Matthew 1: 23). Although he is God, he had a well-defined mission to reconcile men with God as it is written in Romans 5:10 " For it when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life", As God is love, as it is said in 1 John 4:8 "he who does not love does not know God because God is love ", after to be reconciled with him, in this fourth generation of the Lord God the father", after being reconciled with him, in this fourth generation of the Eternal God the Father, he has sent us the continuator of the secret mission of Jesus Christ: Guy Emile Loufoua Cetikouabo, the Grand Master of OPH.

The Grand Master OPH has a mission to make all nations one and to lead them to Eternal Life.

Only those who have agreed to observe the law of solemn sacrifice will be part of this people, as mentioned in Psalm 50: 5-7: " Gather my saints together unto me: those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice. And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself. Hear, O my people, and I will speak: O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God"

Why this Law of Sacrifice? Many believe it was abolished by the death of Jesus Christ on the cross, but it remains capital; that is why Paul although Apostle has acquitted himself of this law as it is written in Acts 21:26 "... and the next day purifying himself with them entered into the temple, to signify the accomplishment of the days of purification, until that an offering should be offered for every one of them." Also in Acts 24: 17.

Thus, in his quality of unifying, the Grand Master of OPH Guy Emile Loufoua Cetikouabo serves as the mediator between God and the men such as he has confirmed to us in the passage of Deuteronomy 18:18-19 " I will raise them a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him."

 

We would like to clarify that the Grand Master of OPH GUY EMILE LOUFOUA CETIKOUABO IS NOT A PROPHET!

 

Although he has the role of gathering the people of God dispersed across the world to lead them to eternal life, HE is the faithful continuator of the secret mission of Jesus Christ.

The Spirit of Truth:

 

Jesus Christ did not complete his mission, so promised another himself who will continue this mission and will have the same attributes as him. As well the Grand Master of the OPH Guy Emile Loufoua Cetikouabo is omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent: He is the Spirit of Truth, as Jesus himself said in John 16 10-15: " Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and yet see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

I have yet many things to say unto, but ye cannot bear now. When he, the Spirit of Truth, is come, he will guide you unto all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you. A little while and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me because I got to the Father."

 

The spirit of truth spoken by Jesus Christ will not be a spirit as you can think, but he will be a person who will speak orally. 

That's why Jesus Christ reveals to us that this person will lead us in all truth, he will not speak of himself but of Jesus Christ who has sent him.

 

This person shall have the same comforter as Jesus Christ himself (John 14: 16) and will remain from eternity to eternity. This comforter is none other than the Grand Master of OPH Guy Emile Loufoua Cetikouabo. This means that no human will put an end to his mission (Proverb 28: 10) because Jesus Christ conferred him the powers of his full divinity.

Jesus Christ is God himself, and he was announced by the Prophet Isaiah in the following passages: Isaiah 7:14 "Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Emmanuel (God with us)" and, Isaiah 9: 6" For unto us a child is born, unto us a son, is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, the everlasting Father, The prince of peace." Despite the announcement of the coming of the Messiah, the people of that time did not think to appear before him, a character of striking humility and beauty, not attractive. As it is described in Isaiah 53:2-3 ".... he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. he is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not."

Everyone thought that the Messiah would be a conquering king, of an unequaled presence who would come to liberate them from Roman domination. Hence the difficulty to recognize Jesus, the Messiah.

And however, in the synagogue before scribes, the doctors of the law, the Pharisees, and the Sadducee, he demonstrated that he was the Messiah sent by God, Luke 4: 18-21: " The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor; he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed. To preach the acceptable year of the Lord..." Today this prophecy of Scripture has become a reality.

 

But when he began to teach, he lifted large and violent protests. All rejected him and his teachings, it was so revolutionary, and shocking, exceeding their understanding and going against the beliefs of their period.
